How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, most clients reserve their date 8–12 months ahead, especially if they’re planning a peak-season celebration. Luxury floral design requires sourcing premium blooms, scheduling installations, and coordinating with your planner and venue. The more notice we have, the more customized your floral experience can be.
If your date is sooner, reach out anyway. We occasionally take short-notice events when our calendar allows.
Do you work with out-of-state or destination clients?
Yes. Many of our couples plan their Nashville wedding or event from out of state. We regularly collaborate through video calls, shared mood boards, and digital planning tools to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
We also travel for select destination weddings and private events. If your celebration requires an on-site floral team, just let us know during your inquiry.
