For Logan Henry and Nick Iliescu’s wedding at Belle Meade Historic Site, every step was designed to feel intentional, relaxed, and beautifully personal. Here is how the floral story for their day came to life from start to finish.

01 | Consultation

We began with a focused 45-minute call to get to know Logan and Nick as a couple. They shared their color preferences, overall mood for the day, and how they envisioned Belle Meade’s historic charm blending with a modern, elevated aesthetic. During this conversation, we clarified priorities, floral must-haves, and any logistical details that might shape the design, such as ceremony location, guest count, and reception layout.

02 | Custom Proposal & Design Plan

Following the call, we developed a curated floral concept tailored to their venue and style. Within a few business days, Logan and Nick received a detailed proposal outlining color palette, key floral ingredients, sample arrangements, and design inspiration for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. This plan served as both a visual guide and a practical roadmap, allowing them to review, refine, and approve every element with confidence.

03 | Production & On-Site Setup

Once the design was finalized, our team moved into production. We sourced premium blooms that reflected the couple’s palette and ensured every stem met our quality standards. On the wedding week, we prepared personal flowers, ceremony pieces, and reception arrangements in a controlled studio setting, then transported everything to Belle Meade. There, our team handled all on-site installation, from anchoring ceremony florals to styling tablescapes and accenting architectural details of the property.

04 | Event Day Execution & Breakdown

On the day itself, timing and discretion were key. Florals were delivered and installed in a carefully planned order so that every space was photo-ready when needed, without interrupting the flow of the day. After the reception concluded, our team returned for a quiet, efficient breakdown, ensuring rentals were collected and the venue was left in excellent condition. Logan and Nick were free to be fully present with their guests, knowing every floral detail had been handled for them.
